i had them pull a rear end assembly for a titan and it was the nicest pull i have ever seen ! not a single line cut, every thing dismantled perfectly, all ready for install with no clean up ! this is the most professional part pulling that i have seen in a l long time , and i ama used car lot and i buy a lot of used parts ! thank you kc !

I sold a vehicle to this company in May 2025 and was issued a cheque that was filled out incorrectly, making it unusable. I contacted the company numerous times to resolve the issue. Each time I was told that a replacement cheque would be prepared and mailed the next day, but that never happened. Months later, I am still waiting for payment despite multiple phone calls and repeated promises. Communication has been frustrating and the issue remains unresolved. Based on my experience, I would recommend that anyone doing business with this company ensure all payment arrangements are completed and verified before releasing a vehicle

These guys are incompetent. They posted in FB marketplace a full set of tires. Told him I will be driving 1hr and half up north. Asked him for more photos and verified with him that they had 4. When I showed up they only had 2. Wasted my time and gas. Don’t trust these guys. They are incompetent fools.

I had a revealing conversation over the phone with this company. I signed up for this company to pick up my vehicle from my home online and got an offer. When I called to arrange the pickup, the employee asked questions which reasonably pertain to the logistics of a pickup. There is no problem so far. Everything is going as expected by this point. The employee asked where my car was and had an issue when I informed them that my car is in my garage. They asked if I could move the car from my garage into my driveway, and I could not. My garage floor is level, so their advice to put the vehicle in neutral and have gravity move my car did not apply. I can't push the car in neutral because I'm not a young man anymore. I asked if their vehicle had a winch, and yes, all of their vehicles have one. The employee assured me that their drivers were professional and knew how to use the winch. However, the person on the phone insisted that they do not use the winch because they had an accident where the driver did damage to a customer's garage wall while winching, damage they had to pay for. I offered them a multi approach plan to mitigate the risk of causing damage while winching, but the empl

Ok, it's a salvage yard. I've been in dozens. This one has friendly and helpful people, and his prices were great. Will they have parts for my 70' Hondas, or my wives new truck? Probably not. But for cheap parts for older cars, I'm going back for sure.
